Asam pedas bawal hitam ....

Everytime I cook ikan asam pedas (sweet sour stew-like fish), the taste would be different.  My QC is totally unreliable.  I guess that's because I don't really stick to any recipes. Hentam keromo je... :))
 
 
This time, I use bawal hitam (black pomfret).  I guess you can use any types of fish for asam pedas.  Ikan parang pun sodap.. semua sedaplah asalkan masakannya sedap, tentu ikannya sedap....
 
p/s : ZM, resipi kali pun tak de sebab tadi tak sempat nak snappy2 sbb nak cepat.. insya allah, next time ye.. :))))

Regarding your question, I do earn a few hundred 4 years back when I first started NN but last month less tha RM3 but this month I got BE :D

isi bawal itam mmg lembut... so selalunya kalau masak ikan utk lauk berkuah...i selalu make sure kuah tu betul2 panas menggelegak.. baru masukkan ikan...masak kejap je tapi make sure masak la... ikan masak cepat... jgn kacau byk2 sgt..
